Business service in the city of Bergen op Zoom is mainly concentrated in office locations near Plein 13 and the ‘Krabbenpoort’ office centre. So-called 'Business Houses' allow small-scale office development. These can be found near the entrance of the ‘Bergse Plaat’ housing estate. Pre-eminent office space is scarce. The inner part of Bergen op Zoom accomodates counter offices, apart from the shopping area.

Possible new office locations will mostly be realised near the railway station (Spoorzone) and the Roosevelt lane (Rooseveltlaan).
